Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your subscription to and use of EMAS Gold ERP ("Gold ERP"), an inventory, point-of-sale and reporting system for gold shops, made up of an Android tablet app and a hosted service operated by TechnoNet Sdn Bhd ("TechnoNet", "we", "us"). By subscribing to Gold ERP, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Gold ERP provides point of sale, trade-in and buyback, inventory management by weight and purity, supplier and finance records, and sales and stock reports. It is an app for Android tablets that connects to a service hosted and operated by TechnoNet in Malaysia.
You provide the Android tablets and any label printer. TechnoNet recommends the B3S Bluetooth label printer, which Gold ERP supports directly. Any other printer must have a software development kit (SDK), and connecting it to Gold ERP is charged separately.
2. Subscription and payment
Gold ERP is available on a monthly subscription:
- Base plan: RM 400 + 8% SST per month — 1 company, 1 store and 200 GB of storage
- Extra store: RM 100 + 8% SST per month for each store
- Extra storage: RM 100 + 8% SST per month for each 100 GB
Payment is by credit or debit card through Stripe, charged automatically at the start of each billing period, or by bank transfer by prior arrangement with TechnoNet. SST at 8% is charged on every invoice (TechnoNet SST registration no. B16-1808-31025139). All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). There is no free trial.
3. Setup
After your first payment, TechnoNet sets up your company, stores and users and sends your login details within one business day.
4. Changes, cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions are month to month with no minimum term. You may add or remove extra stores and storage at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing date; there are no part-month charges or credits. You may cancel at any time; your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
5. Invoices and e-Invoices
TechnoNet issues an invoice, and an LHDN e-Invoice as required by Malaysian tax law, for each payment.
Gold ERP also files LHDN e-Invoices for your own sales to your customers, through TechnoNet's e-Invoice service. This is included in your subscription. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter, including your customers' tax identification numbers.
6. Gold prices
Gold ERP shows the world gold price for reference, collected automatically from a third-party market data source. TechnoNet does not guarantee its accuracy or availability. You set your own selling, trade-in and buyback prices in Gold ERP, and you remain responsible for the prices you charge your customers.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to share login details with people outside your company, attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or resell Gold ERP, or use the service in any way that breaks Malaysian law.
8. Your data
Your business data belongs to your company. It is stored on servers operated by TechnoNet in Malaysia and backed up regularly. Access is limited to your users and to authorised TechnoNet staff when needed to run the service. See the Privacy Policy.
9. Service availability
TechnoNet aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practicable.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, TechnoNet's liability for any claim arising from your use of Gold ERP is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost revenue or lost data.
11. Changes to these terms
We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
